Camp San Isabel

Our troop went to San Isabel.  This was for the younger patorl.  The went and had a lot of fun.  They had problems with bears.  They did the polar bear run and they even made a boat out of duct tape.  Trason Jackson said this about Scout Camp:

Camp was very fun and successful. Ten boys came to camp and many merit badges were worked on including two required badges for eagle. Between all of the boys 49 merit badges were earned. We did many activities. One was the cardboard boat races. We got 2nd place by building a boat with cardboard and duck tape and then sending Lee Garvin across the lake and back. The boat was very buoyant. We also did the Polar Bear Swim by jumping into the freezing lake at 5:00 in the morning. Lastly, we did a very intense relay race and got 2nd. We also did a funny skit and went to Bishop’s Castle. Overall the camp was great and all of the boys can’t wait to go back to a week long camp.
Here are some of the pictures from scout camp.
